Ola OneStop
Driving plan related
- Ola’s ‘One Stop’ plan provides everything you need in one place. It includes rental, PCO & MOT testing, service & maintenance of the vehicles, private hire insurance, accident management, breakdown & recovery, and no commission on your weekly earnings, all for one weekly fee.
- As an introductory offer, the subscription fee for the first 6 weeks will be £200 per week.
- Post 6 weeks your subscription will be starting from £385 per week basis car model.
- For rental: minimum period – 12 weeks.
- For rent to buy: minimum period – 13 weeks, post that you can make that car your own in 48 months.
- For rental, you need to give a 1 week Notice and pay a £200 pound penalty if you break the lease.
- For rent to buy, you can break the subscription by serving a 28-day notice. However the minimum rental period is13 weeks and you will be charged a £200 penalty.
Yes, you will be required to pay a deposit of £600 at the time of the agreement.
£400. Your Ola driver account will be blocked beyond that.
Yes, under the rent to buy plan, all the log-book details and information will be transferred to your name post the completion of the lease. The transfer Fee for the same at the end of the plan would be £200.

- We are introducing a minimum ride guarantee offer, which ensures you receive £1000* per week on condition that you log in to your Ola App for 50 hours during the week and maintain a completion rate of 80% on the platform.
- If your weekly ride fare is less than the guaranteed ride fare, we’ll top-up for the remaining amount at the start of the next week. Please refer to the below table to see how this works:

The offer is valid till May 17, 2020.
You will receive payment based on the rides completed by you during that week. (Explained in Scenario 2 above).
The £1200* ride fare guarantee is excluding the congestion zone charges/tolls/parking.
£1000* guarantee is for 50 hours. Please refer to the ‘Rewards’ tab on your driver app for other slabs that might be applicable to you.
You can see the hours you have clocked and the completion rate on your driver app.
If you accept a trip that takes you out of London to one of the Ola cities, you can pick up a ride only if the ride comes back to London.
You can opt for the Ola ‘Ultimate’ plan.
Your completion percentage is the amount of rides that you have completed, divided by the total number of rides that we send you. Don’t worry, any rides that are cancelled by the customer are not counted towards this number.
Process related
- New to Ola? Visit olaride.uk, Register to start the process and Select ‘Ola One-Stop’ during sign up. We will contact you with the appointment details.
- Already onboarded with Ola? Simply fill in the form that was sent to you via email.
- We’ll be in touch via SMS, email or phone with information about when to visit the Ola Partner World to complete your sign up.
- As a part of the onboarding process, you will be required to complete a few assessment tests.
- Driver documents: driving licence, PHDL, DVLA check code, NINO.
- Payment details: sort code, bank account no.
- Utility bill or bank statement.
Car related
Toyota Prius (plug-in), Hyundai Ioniq (plug-in), Toyota Prius (hybrid), Toyota Corolla (hybrid), Hyundai Ioniq (Hybrid). Other models may be available in future.
We recommend you call your insurance company immediately and get it resolved. Contact details will be provided in the handover kit.
You will get a replacement vehicle within the same or next working day.
All cars are of high quality and we will carry out a physical car check at the time of the handover. The same will be recorded in the check-list.
Yes, there is a fair usage policy of 1000 miles per week for vehicles under the rental plan and 800 miles per week for vehicles under a rent to buy plan. If you exceed this, you will be charged on a quarterly basis at 10p/mile. The mileage will be checked during your quarterly service
Your subscription fee will be deducted directly from your Ola earnings, at the start of the week.
- We recommend you sign up for auto-pay. However, if any tickets arise, they will be sent to your registered address. Any pending payments towards the end of the subscription agreement will be deducted from your deposit
- Also, Ola charges a ‘Central London Fee’ of £1, for any journey that picks-up, drops-off, or goes through the ‘Congestion Charging’/ULEZ area. This will be charged to the customer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will be passed on to the drivers without deducting any commission.
Every PCO car is serviced when reaching 10,000 miles (unless stated otherwise). Your service includes – oil change, oil filter, air filter and pollen filter. Our servicing department will book you an appointment, saving you time and effort.
Miscellaneous
Yes, you are free to use your car for personal use. But keep in mind the mileage limit as per your contract. You will be charged 10p/mile beyond the limit.
No, the insurance covers only the driver who subscribed to drive the vehicle.
You can inform us in advance if you plan to take a week off. You are allowed 2-4 weeks off per year, based on your plan.
You will have to report the incident to our driver care team and go offline in order to maintain your acceptance rate. You can come back online after you have had your car cleaned. Refer to our policy to claim the charges for cleaning.
You can choose from the ‘Ola Ultimate’ and ‘Ola Flex’ plans.
You will be paid the next working day for the rides you are completing, provided there are no subscription costs due. Any top-up amount will be credited on a weekly basis (by Wednesday).
No, this scheme is only for TfL licenced drivers operating in London.
Ola Ultimate
Driving plan related
- The Ola ‘Ultimate’ plan is a subscription plan where you pay a weekly subscription fee and keep whatever you make..
- Launch offer: The subscription fee of £165 is reduced to £0 until March 22, 2020. You also get a weekly ride guarantee of £1000* till March 22, 2020 (T&C applies)

- We are introducing a minimum ride guarantee offer, which ensures you receive rides worth £1000* per week.
The offer is valid till March 22, 2020.
You will receive payment, based on the rides completed by you during that week.
The promised £1000* ride fare guarantee excludes the ‘Congestion Zone’ charges/tolls/ parking.
- All cars licenced by TfL that are less than 3 years old (as of 31st Jan 2020) are eligible for the scheme.
- All 4-seater, 6-seater vehicles and executive vehicles are accepted.
- You need to clear the following assessments:
- Online driving test by Drive Tech, part of AA
- Online customer experience test
- Online communication test
- Physical driving test at one of our centres.
- All drivers with DVLA penalty points <=6 are eligible for the scheme.

- New to Ola? Visit olaride.uk and click register to start your application where you can register your interest.
- We’ll be in touch via SMS, email or phone with information about when to visit the Ola Partner World to complete your sign up.
- Visit olaride.uk and complete your application by submitting all the necessary documents.
- Register your interest by selecting the plan online post-sign up. If already onboarded with Ola, register your interest in the plan by filling the form shared online.
- Visit the Ola Partner World on the day of your appointment with all the required documents. Details of the same will be communicated to you via email/SMS.
- As a part of the onboarding process, you will be required to complete a few assessment tests.
If you are already onboarded with Ola, no additional documents are required.
