Visit gov.uk website here and enter your DVLA driving licence number, national insurance number, and postcode. After entering your details, select “share your licence information”, to generate a DVLA check code. 

Take a screenshot of your code and upload the same. Please note that the DVLA check code is valid for only 21 days from the date of generation.
