If it’s just a minor scratch and the screen can still be used as a hygienic shield, please let the Partner Care team know as a courtesy. You will not be downgraded.

If the integrity of the screen is compromised (e.g. broken removed) you will be temporarily downgraded. The city Ops team will also be notified,  who will then reach out to you to get the screen fixed.
