The city limits are the area in which we are licensed to operate. Riders are able to ride outside of the city limits, as long as either their pick-up or drop off location falls within its boundaries. We recommend entering your exact pick-up and drop-off location to make travel hassle-free. You can check whether your journey is within the city limits via the Ola app, by following these steps:

– Enter your pick-up location.

– Select your desired drop off location.

– Check the message displayed on your Ola app screen. If your journey is outside the city limits, you will see the message ‘Sorry, we don’t serve this location yet’
