We’re delighted to have you on board as an Ola Pro driver! Ola Pro is a fantastic way to promote your professional driving services over others, at no extra cost to you. To make sure you stay within the guidelines for this free service, follow our four memorable CARS tips below.

  1. Clean the regular touch-points in your car after every ride. If you’re unsure what these are, please contact us to advise you.
  2. Attend your weekly car cleaning appointments without fail.
  3. Reschedule any missed appointments within a 24-hour period.*
  4. See, read and follow the Health & Safety guidance provided with the kit

*The new appointment must take place the next working day or you may be downgraded from Ola Pro temporarily. Note that if you miss a total of three car cleaning appointments, you may be permanently downgraded from Ola Pro.

Things to note

There are some significant commitments/criteria required of Ola Pro drivers that you should be sure of before you sign up. Here are 5 that you definitely should have considered

  1. Login to your Ola driver app and be available in the TfL zone for a minimum of 50 hours a week. Maintain a completion rate of 80%
  2. Follow all instructions provided to you around cleaning protocols and frequency
  3. Attend a scheduled weekly appointment at an Ola drive-in centre
  4. You are liable for any repair costs needed after the removal of the hygiene partition

Please ensure that you also read ALL the terms and conditions carefully. Opting into the Ola Pro category signals your acceptance of these. Serious or repeated breaches of the requirements may get you removed from Ola Pro.

Driving with Ola Pro

Will I only get Ola Pro Bookings?2020-04-17T14:24:48+00:00

No,  Ola may also send you Comfort rides whilst you are driving on Ola Pro to cover demand. You must still follow all of the Ola Pro protocols irrespective of the category of the ride.

How many passengers can/should I take in an Ola Pro?2020-04-17T14:24:02+00:00
This is at your discretion, up to the number of passengers your vehicle will legally carry.
Of course, Ola Pro’s hygiene partition is only effective when positioned between yourself and your passenger(s). Passengers sitting in the front seat will not get the benefit of this device. You may also wish to maintain this barrier between yourself and your passengers.
What happens if I fail my temperature check?2020-04-17T14:22:59+00:00

If at any point Your temperature registers You as having a fever as defined by the NHS guidance then You will be deemed unfit to drive. You will be temporarily off-roaded from Ola for a minimum of 7 days and advised to self isolate as per Uk Government guidance. After 7 days Ola will contact You to plan Your return to driving on a case by case basis.

Your Cleaning Appointments

How do I book my professional cleaning visit?2020-04-15T15:37:36+00:00

Once you register your interest via email the London Ops team will call you directly to arrange an installation appointment at one of the cleaning centres. 

This is likely to be one of the following addresses:

  • Simple Self Drive, Simplex House, Freshwater Rd., Romford, RM8 1RX (open Mon-Fri, 9.30a.m. to 5p.m.)
  • Business Design Centre, Angel, Islington, N10QH

You will also  be informed of the next scheduled date while you are at the cleaning centre.

What if I can’t make my appointment?2020-04-15T15:32:31+00:00

Don’t worry, if you can’t make your appointment simply let the Partner care team know 24 hour in advance.

What if I miss my appointment?2020-04-15T15:31:50+00:00

When appointments are missed you will have the opportunity to reschedule it within a 24 hour period for the next day. 

If an appointment is missed by less than 24 hrs you will not be off-roaded but downgraded from the Ola Pro category temporarily. If you have 3 cumulative instances of missed appointments, you will be permanently downgraded.
